Nestled in the Glen Ireh Estate in Perth, just a 15-minute drive from Launceston, Tasmania, you’ll find
Adams Distillery – the home of our award winning Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky and Boutique Gin.
Our handcrafted success is owed to the fusion of premium Tasmanian ingredients, pristine environmental surroundings, traditional and innovative distillation and maturation methods.
Adams Distillery turns 10 year's old in 2025. In a short time, we've had many ups and down but we look forward to the opening of our new distillery within the next 12 months.

With ex-bourbon casks forming the foundation of this single malt, the flavour is enhanced by the addition of ex-pinot noir, sherry, port, maple syrup and Tipo Jerez (Mexican sherry) casks. This creates a layered and exciting journey.
