Nestled in the Glen Ireh Estate in Perth, just a 15-minute drive from Launceston, Tasmania, you’ll find
Adams Distillery – the home of our award winning Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky and Boutique Gin.
Our handcrafted success is owed to the fusion of premium Tasmanian ingredients, pristine environmental surroundings, traditional and innovative distillation and maturation methods.
While Adams Distillery is only six years old, our spirit journey has been filled with colourful experiences and we are excited to venture into a new chapter.

With ex-bourbon casks forming the foundation of this single malt, the flavour is enhanced by the addition of ex-pinot noir, sherry, port, maple syrup and Tipo Jerez (Mexican sherry) casks. This creates a layered and exciting journey.
