Freshly harvested plump Tasmanian blueberries, floral aromas of Tasmanian lavender infused into Adams Dry Gin creates a colourful flavour, bursting gin.

Our sweet and flavoursome Adams Blueberry Lavender Gin is the perfect liqueur to enjoy on its own, mixed with lemonade or soda, over ice cream or to spice up favourite cakes and muffins.

Deep pink in colour. Soft nose with aromas of pine and spice. Balanced palate of sweet and spice with nuances of juniper. Lovely rich colour, quite delicious.

  • "Gin Mojito" Cocktail

    Recipe
    45ml Adams Blueberry & Lavender Gin
    15ml lime juice

    15ml sugar syrup
    A handful of mint

    Lime Slices

    Method
    1. Pour Blueberry & Lavender Gin over ice in glass
    2. Squeeze fresh lime into glass
    3. Press mint and add to glass
    4. Top with soda
    5. Stir well

    6. Garnish with lime slices and mint
