A Tassie twist on a London Dry. Our Dry Gin combines a classic juniper flavour with floral Tasmanian botanicals creating a contemporary gin for any occasion. Perfect alone or enjoyed in a delicious cocktail.

Flavour – Bright and zesty. Strong floral notes accompanied by the kick of Tasmanian Pepperberry.

Serve – Enjoy however you like to drink gin, this delicious spirit is very versatile.

  • "Grapefruit Gin Spritz" Cocktail

    Recipe

    60ml Adams Dry Gin

    120ml grapefruit juice freshly squeezed

    500ml sparkling wine

    Tonic water

    A slice of fresh grapefruit

    Method

    1. Fill glass with ice then pour in Adams Dry Gin followed by the grapefruit juice 

    2. Top with sparkling wine and tonic water

    3. Serve with a slice of fresh grapefruit
