DESCRIPTION
With ex-bourbon casks forming the foundation of this single malt, the flavour is enhanced by the addition of ex-pinot noir, sherry, port, maple syrup and Tipo Jerez (Mexican sherry) casks. This creates a layered and exciting journey.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma – Hints of gingerbread, sweet fruit and burnt orange.
Palate – Strong pinot influence with red and dark fruits at the forefront. Enjoy a long, sweet Christmas spice trail.
Finish – Moving from front to back giving a well-rounded and balanced finish, gingerbread and creamy caramel linger giving a long length to each mouthful.
