Our Sloe Gin is infused with locally sourced sloe berries and steeped in gin for six months, then placed in lightly toasted and charred ex Pinot Noir casks to age and mature to perfection.

This sweet, viscous liqueur is complex and smooth and embodies a truly unique expression of an old English classic.

Sweet cherry and dark plum flavours are married together with all the complexity of quality port-style wines. The cask gives it balance and an incredible mouth feel.

Enjoy neat, over ice or perfect in a Sloe Gin Fizz or brighten up your Negroni for a pleasant twist.

    15ml Sloe Gin

    ¾ glass of sparkling wine

    15ml lime juice

    Method

    1. Pour ¾ glass of sparkling wine into glass over ice
    2. Add Sloe Gin and lime juice
    3. Add fresh mint and a blueberry to garnish
