Signature Series 1

DESCRIPTION

The first release of our “Signature Series 58%” is deep, rich, and a more intense single malt compared to its 41% abv version. This pure cask strength single malt whisky has matured in selected bourbon casks, sherry casks, and pinot noir casks.

Delicious, sweet bourbon wood characteristics dominate on the palate and are followed by sherry notes that showcase flavours of rich red and black fruits across the middle. The pinot noir casks dry the finish with a warm and lingering finale.

Enjoy as you please, neat or with a drop or 2 of water to enjoy across multiply levels.
