DESCRIPTION
Our first “Signature Series 41%” is a marriage of our finest spirits matured in selected bourbon casks, sherry casks, and pinot noir casks. This single malt whisky is an evolution of perfectly balanced lingering spices and fruity aromatics.
Delicious, sweet bourbon wood characteristics on the palate are followed by sherry and pinot notes that showcase flavours of rich red and black fruits, followed by a long Christmas spice finish.
Enjoy as you please, neat or with a drop or 2 of water to enjoy across multiply levels.
