Christmas Release - Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky

 As we draw closer to Christmas, we should take time to remember the story of the four wise men and their search for the ultimate gift for their King. Yes, there was four, not three.

The first wise man, Frank, was in search of a gift, pure in Aroma. Sweet vanilla notes, subtle oak, and a little toffee.

The second wise man, Sammy, desired a gift with an amazing palette. Honey flavours, toffee, and hints of chocolate. Coffee would even develop if you could possibly wait to swallow long enough.

The third wise man, Joey, deemed a near perfect mouth feel or nothing; oily and engulfing – this would be his gift.

The fourth wise man – Peter, humbler and a little meek, he knew that to truly please the King his gift would need to tie all the gifts together with the perfect finish. Long, but not too long. Teasing enough that you just want more of that deliciousness.

The four wise men met on Christmas and presented their Gifts to the King of Whisky drinkers, Dean.
