We have taken the best of the best & married them together for our first release of our new SignatureSeries. Bourbon Casks, Sherry Casks and some cheeky Pinot Noir Casks all occupy this space to give you the perfect balance of fragrant fruits and lingering spices. A rich mouth feel with the sweet bourbon cask on the front of the pallet, the sherry and pinot casks fill the middle pallet with rich red and black fruits, followed by a long Christmas spice finish.
A drop or two of water and you will have the pleasure of enjoying this Whisky across multiple levels.
